Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is in charge of developing businesses and build client relationships. He/She will be a product champion. The main goal is to generate agreed revenue set targets for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • He/She will brainstorm with business development team to create new project strategies for marketing
  • Identify products that would appeal to new clients
  • He/She will develop a sectorial market
  • Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Attend networking events by selling products regularly
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Develop ways to improve and market TBS brands
  • Researching market and industry trends

Qualification and Experience:

  •  University/HND Degree, not below 2:1
  • Knowledge of business principles
  • Good corporate and business experience of not less than 4 years
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Able to mentor and lead
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and Sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
